WHAT IS A LODGE?

A Lodge is a structured and permanently constructed accommodation built in the national parks and game reserves.. They are three types of lodges in Kenya. Budget lodge, midrange and luxury lodge. They differ from each other in terms of amenities each facility has.
Budget lodges could either have a small spa and the amenities in the rooms does not include items such as coffee makers safety boxes and fridge. They are also smaller in size. Whereas a midrange lodge has extra amenities such as a swimming pool, safety box in the room but not necessary to have a coffee maker or a fridge.

KENYA SAFARI LUXURY LODGES

When it comes to luxury lodges, it is indeed luxury from the services you receive from the moment you land from the parking. The atmosphere speaks loud. There will be meet and greet services, welcome drinks and so many extra services such as drinks during meals. The cost of the services is included in the your budget. Amenities such as spa, heated swimming pools in some lodges, spacious rooms, electricity supply in rooms is 24 hours while midrange and budget could have time limits to 11pm and on at 5am of the next day. Complimentary services such is room service and late checkout are also offered in luxury lodges.

While booking your safari, all these are factors to keep in mind. Your comfort is based on the accommodation you choose and transport used too.
For midrange and budget, transport is usually on Tour Customed Van unless clients opt to use a Jeep which will increase the cost in the quotation.

While using luxury lodge or hotel or tented camp, we have options such us flying safari to the parks which salves time and adds luxury.
Jeep option for road transfers and game drives is also a plus in comfort.
