The Kenyan airspace is one of the safest in Africa. Bush planes, light aircrafts, are essential to getting tourists to safari camps as they connect the airports with airstrips in the wild landscapes and escarpments of Africa. The planes that fly to the national parks and reserves are in great condition and air accidents are very rare. The bush pilots are well trained and are highly qualifies Kenyans that have worked with major airlines. Wilson airport in Nairobi is used for daily air departures to the Mara, Amboseli and Samburu national parks, Arusha to Serengeti, Zanzibar to Mikumi on a daily basis.
In your rugged attire of safari clothes, shorts, boots, t-shirt and sunglasses, take a flight from Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya or from the Coastal city of Mombasa to the remote game parks like Maasai Mara and Amboseli game reserves while enjoying great scenic views of the African wilderness from above. Your safari binoculars will come in handy. The Bush flights land at the numerous bush airstrips that are well done marram landways. The latter can be a good combination of bush and beach.
There are several companies that fly to the bush like Flight540 and Safarilink. You can also charter flights. Kenya airways only flies internationally and between the major Kenyan cities.
Morning pick up from your hotel in the central business district or the suburbs and transfer to Wilson airport. Board a light air craft and fly to Amboseli. On board you will have spectacular views of different landscape and hope fully the peaks of mount Kilimanjaro as you approach Amboseli national park.
Upon landing our friendly guide will welcome you and guide you to our safari jeep. The adventure begins as you have your first game drive. Game to view include the usual predators and their prey zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and huge herds of elephants.
We will have a break and have lunch at one of the lodges before embarking on our second game drive. This will give us a chance to head to the observation hill. This vantage point will give us an overall vista of the entire park.
Check out the swamps below where the elephants gather daily. You can also walk about the hill as it’s one of the few places in the park you can explore on foot. Head to the air strip and fly back to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson airport; you will be transferred back to your hotel where your safari ends.

We will have a break and have lunch at one of the lodges before embarking on our second game drive. Masai Mara is home to more than 1.5 million game which includes all the members of the big five and other wildlife.
Explore the savanna of Masai Mara looking for game; head to the air strip and fly back to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson airport; you will be transferred back to your hotel where your safari ends.

It is home to the Samburu tribe who are also pastrolist. We have wildlife like the buffalo, leopard, lion, cheetah, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffe and other plains game.
Explore the reserve looking for game; head to the air strip and fly back to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson airport; you will be transferred back to your hotel where your safari ends.
