3 Days Samburu Lodge Safari Itinerary
First Day from Nairobi to Samburu
Shelter Tours driver / guide will pick you up from either Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi hotel or residence to drive you to Samburu National Reserve in northern Kenya via rich farm lands arriving in time for lunch. After settling in your lodge you will head for the evening game drive with your professional and knowledgeable safari guide. Great wildlife to view and also enjoy the African sun set as you head back to your lodge or tented camp for diner and overnight.

Second Day in Samburu
This day after breakfast; you will head out for the morning game drive. You have the opportunity for a full day game drive with picnic lunch or half day safari and evening game drive with hot lunch at the lodge. Samburu Game Reserve offers a wide range of attractions. It is home to the Samburu tribe who are also pastrolist. We have wildlife like the buffalo, leopard, lion, cheetah, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffe and other plains game. After lunch relax at the lodge and later head out for the evening game drive. Diner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp.

Third Day from Samburu to Nairobi
Early morning game drive so as to have a chance to see wildlife you may have missed on your previous game drives. In a good morning you can experience “the big cats” hunting for their prey and the beautiful African sunrise. Your driver guide will take you back Nairobi; Lunch en route. You will be dropped off either at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Nairobi hotel or residence as per arrangements made earlier. End of your magical safari.

- Two Persons in a private safari : $ 765 per person.
- Four to Six Persons in a private safari : $ 615 per person.
- Accommodation at Samburu Sopa Lodge based on standard rooms.
- Rates valid from 1st July to 30 October 2022.
- Child supplement is available on request and depending on the age of the child.
- Extras also available which include lunches, soft, hard drinks, bush breakfast, bush lunch or bush diner, superior rooms supplements, Masai village visit and hot air balloon ride.
