Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. In addition to its urban core, the city has Nairobi National Park, a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to giraffes, zebras and lions. The only of it’s kind to be located within a city.
Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage operated by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Nairobi is also often used as a jumping-off point for safari trips elsewhere in Kenya.

City Tour
The Nairobi city tour covers the modern city center, the colorful Nairobi city market, parliament buildings, Kenyatta International Convention Centre; the landmark of Nairobi (KICC), The 7th memorial park bomb blast, the Nairobi railway station museum, Nairobi snake park and the renowned National Museum where there are spell binding displays of the early man tribal regalia and the flora and fauna of Kenya.
The Nairobi city walking tour accompanied by our very knowledgeable guide who will give you history of this wonderful city in a short walking tour within the safe streets of Nairobi. This tour takes 3 hours and its a wonderful excursion to introduce to Kenya.
Daphyne Sheldrick Orphanage

Daphyne Sheldrick Orphanage Tour
For an hour between the 11a.m to noon you get to interact with orphaned elephants. The youngest elephants come trotting out of the bush to greet their keepers who stand at the ready with giant bottles of milk. For the next 10-15 minutes you can watch each little one slurp and gargle their milk.
Then, you’ll have time to watch the elephants play. You find out how old they were when they arrived at the orphanage, where they were rescued from, and what got them into trouble.
The most common reasons for getting orphaned being: mother’s poached, falling into wells, and human/wildlife conflict. Once the youngest are all fed, they are led back into the bush, and it’s the turn of the 2-3 year olds. Some of them can feed themselves, and some are still fed by their keepers.
Watch them interact with their keepers, munch on some branches of their favorite acacias, and play with the half drums of water and mud.
You can opt to proceed to carnivore restaurant for lunch.
Giraffe Centre

Giraffe Centre Tour
Pick up from your hotel or the airport; then be driven to Giraffe centre where you feed Rothschild giraffes under the supervision of keepers.
The center has rescued, hand-reared and released around 500 orphaned giraffes back into the wild since opening in 1979. This attraction offers opportunities to feed the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe by hand.
The location also offers a fine education on the physiology, behaviors and habitat preferences of these beautiful animals.
Kiambethu Tea Farm

Kiambethu Tea Farm Tour
Pick up from your after break fast and you will be driven to Kiambethu tea farm arriving at 11am and over a cup of tea or coffee the history of the farm and process of making tea is informally explained, followed by an opportunity to see tea in the field.
Then take a walk in the indigenous forest with our resident Kenyan guide who will identify the plants and explain how they are traditionally used. Look out for the Colobus monkeys close up and wander in the gardens which are home to a wide variety of birds and flowers.
Return to the house to enjoy a pre-lunch drink on the verandah with sweeping views across the tea fields to the Ngong Hills.
Lunch is served about 1pm and is a three course buffet lunch from our set menu prepared with vegetables from the garden and desserts are topped with cream from our herd of Channel Island cows. Depart and you will be driven back to Nairobi.

Nairobi National Park

Nairobi National Park Tour
Morning pick up from your hotel in the central business district or the suburbs and head to Nairobi national park. Spot free-roaming wildlife at the edge of Nairobi on a Nairobi National Park game drive in an open-top safari vehicle.
An early-morning departure means cooler temperatures and the chance to see the animals when they’re most active, prowling grassy plains and acacia bush with the dramatic backdrop of city skyscrapers. You will have a 4 hours game drive.
This unique wildlife sanctuary is just a few kilometers from Nairobi bustling city centre, but despite its proximity, different species of mammals can be found there, including four of the Big Five.
We can organize an afternoon tour as well and you can also combine this tour with a visit to the animal orphanage which is right at the entrance of the park and may be lunch at the ranger’s or carnivore restaurants.
Hell’s Gate National Park

Hell’s Gate National Park Day Trip
Depart Nairobi early morning and begin the journey to your destination accompanied by our friendly and knowledgeable driver guide.
One hour drive and you will be Hell’s gate national park for a game drive or you can opt for a bike ride a midst game. There are no predators in this park and biking in the park is very safe. Later proceed to one of the lodges for lunch.
In the afternoon proceed to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride. The lake has schools of hippos and amazing bird life too. The most notable is the fish eagle. On the other side of the shore; you will take a walk at crescent island.
Boat back to the rendezvous point. You will be driven back to Nairobi arriving in the evening. You will be dropped off at your hotel where your day trip ends.

Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park Day Trip
Depart Nairobi early morning and begin the journey to your destination accompanied by our friendly and knowledgeable driver guide. You will be driven to Lake National Park which is two and half drive.
On arrival you have your first game drive. The millions of flamingos in the lake will amaze you. The baboon cliff will give you an aerial view of the lake looking all due the feathers of the flamingos. The lake is also home to pelicans and other bird species.
Lunch will be served at one of the lodges. On your second game drive you will encounter water bucks, baboons and cats. A visit to Makalia falls is most rewarding. Lake Nakuru is a rhino sanctuary and you are assured of encountering a black or white rhino.
Depart the park late afternoon and you will be driven back to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at your hotel where your day trip ends.
